The whole evil stepparent thing. Are we still not through the whole old evil stepparent thing from fairy tales? It’s usually mother’s, but also father’s. Bad meets bad is another one. The stepmother is a total bitch and I’m guessing the happy ending will be when the daughter breaks them up. The father can go stag, I guess.
As a child of divorced parent, my mother married a wonderful guy who treats her great and I get along fantastic with him. Do I love him more than my dad? Of course not. Dad’s my dad and will always come first. My stepfather is an inspiration to me.
A few writers here would be older and may one day be in a relationship with someone who already has children. How would they feel if the children didn’t like them based on the stories here?
Not all stepmothers are evil and not all stepfathers are deviant sexual predators. I’d like a story about a stepparent that’s is a kind, decent person.
Gem choices are so annoying, they’re why I only read community stories.
Ex:
MC: What dress should I wear to the dance?
- Option 1: A beautiful eye-catching red gown. If the LI sees you in this he will immediately fall in love will be yours forever and all the girls will envy you, especially your arch nemesis! (50 gems)
- Option 2: A potato sack. If anyone sees you in this you will automatically be known as the ugliest loser in the world. You’ll probably choose this one because your a broke piece of shit. If your LI sees you in this he will beat you up and start making out with arch nemesis right in front of you. (Free)
It’s just my opinion, but people should avoid making choices cost gems. There was this choice I saw: wear this amazing outfit (30 gems) or wear some ugly sweater and be laughed at (FREE). And I’m just like NOPE and I stop reading the story,

I really dislike the episode original stories, first of all, nobody has 100000000+ diamonds to read the entire story…
I also don’t like it when a love interest and MC spends like 6 episodes just trying to confess their love and when they finally do, something bad happens ALL THE TIME
I read mafia stories, but somehow can never finish as I find the same storyline in each
if there’s no sound, idk I really like those little cheesy soundtracks. I also like when there’s a lot of people in scenes, like if they’re at the mall and the mall is empty except for the 2 main characters in the scene I feel kinda uncomfy and usually exit the story
I miss sounds in Episode Stories, For the second part, if they used “mall” sounds, it would probably excuse close up shops of MC in malls.
I HATE when the love interest falls in love as he/she sees the person the first time, I would like it when they take things slowly, like slowburn , I LOVE slowburn
however the MC dating someone else rather than the love interest is realistic and i would LOVE that
The thing I HATE most is the bull poop gems, where in the galaxy we would get gazillion of gems from and I have to turn down the fun, Oh and this one which is very disgusting

Oh no, two person pump into each other and then suddenly one of them is like. LOok at this hot sexy guy. BOOM camera rolls in the stupid body and the girl is like hmmm.
Yeah, none hates it. Everyone hates that!! The feelings come out of nowhere. it’s stupid. Have you ever seen a series where the relationships are immediate or developing. None enjoys series or movies like that, its a waste of time.
Yeah, I’ve seen it in many stories like the bad boy cliches

In my opinion, love at first sight doesn’t exist. You may be attracted to someone from the get go, but you’re not automatically in love with them. I have never been or seen anyone be like, “Oh my gosh, his voice is so deep and husky. The disgusting sweat dripping down his abs is so hot. I’m utterly, hopelessly in love with him!” -

girls vs girls (mean girls, jealous “friends”)
I understand there are girls that are so insecure they bully other girls just for existing, but it doesn’t always happen. Episode has tons of young, extremely impressionable readers. By making stories with mean girls and MCs and LIs that slut-shame the mean girls, they are promoting misogyny.
I think gem choices are fine as long as they add to the story. For example, if there’s a well-written story with a gem choice to learn more about the LI or a mystery story with a gem choice to get more clues, I’ll pay gems. Not only does it help the author, but it also helps me know more about the story/characters.
- Weak female characters.
- Fast paced romance. I hate it when the characters just met and in the next episode or so, they’re already in love. I particularly hate annoying male leads that pin you against the wall and sat ‘like what you see?’ or start flirting with you to first time you meet them.
- White mean girls in high school stories.
- Annoying gem choices in featured stories.
- Bad boy stories.
- Very bad grammar.
- Inconsistent characters.
- Bad directing to the point that it’s distracting.
- Villians who are one-directional. They just hate you and try to make your life miserable for no reason at all. They only exist to make your life miserable.
Especially number two and one !!
