Women or girls when wearing traditional outfits (which they usually wear during traditional ocassions/family functions like weddings and NOT during things like parties) wear bindis, traditional jewellery etc. The only traditional Indian outfit which can be found in the episode portal for now is the Saree.
When not wearing traditional outfits, that is, when dressing in normal/western clothes, Indian women or girls hardly ever wear a bindi or wear any traditional accessories. They just dress how yall do. But yep, they don’t wear too revealing clothes.
If you really, really wanna add our culture to your story, please do some research or else do not. Somethings aren’t offensive but they show how much you care or pay attention to things.
