I guess I have a sort of biased view on this. The majority of my friends are Hellenistic Pagans (Hellenic Paganism refers to pagans devoted to the Olympian deities) but they look at the modern versions and ideas of this all. A lot of the evidence I would normally talk about is about the more modern versions and ideas so in this instance it would be useless. The things and points you are saying are all true of the older versions and ideas but I just don’t know much of the older ideas compared to how much I do of the newer ones.
