He’s good-looking, but his hair just isn’t really my thing… no hate to people with red hair. His hair just looks kinda unnatural to me? I think it’s the eyebrow color, try using more of a reddish-brown.

I mean, he’s conventionally attractive, sure. Everyone is going to feel differently about him because beauty’s in the eye of the beholder and all that jazz. If you’re concerned about reader retention, then offer CC; but if you like them the way they are and you’re not portraying anything offensive, then what the reader thinks doesn’t really matter, lol. At this point, I would just focus on making their personality attractive. You can have the most gorgeous LI, but a bland/stereotypical personality just cancels out everything pretty about them.

I was attacked for using monolid eyes for not Asian characters, so try to not make the same mistake I did
This is how I would adjust him, if I’d have customization option in your story. I never change original characters a lot.
That’s just plain rude of your readers to say that! Both Asian and non-Asian people can have monolid eyes.

Also don’t worry about the eye thing, that’s not considered discrimination or offensive by any means. It’s a popular middle eastern feature too. 
I also don’t know people with pale lip color, that’s why my characters have always pinkish lips (like the example of character I sent before).
But what I do know, is, the the attractiveness of the character comes from his personality So I like your dude
