We couldn’t wear braids or our natural afro out during Band electives in highschool for some reason. The band instructor said it was “too distracting” 🤷

Well instructor can kiss our butts, and it’s our natural hair and we are free to do what we please with our hair, like it or not instructor!

they’re pretty much the same thing but like instead of that knot that’s at the start of your hair it’s a bit of your natural hair and then extra hair is added in. it looks the same it’s just smaller at the start and way lighter
