Let’s do a series of gaming Tournaments!
I’ll come up with a number of games that we can do as a tournament, and possibly, if people wish it, then we have even repeat games and set up another tournament. At the end of each tournament the winner will also recieve a personalised award/acknowledgement for winning.
How to participate:
- Read all of this post.
- Don’t reply on this thread unless in a game and it is your turn.
- Like the post about the most recent game and I’ll tag you and your opponent, and who is starting.
- If your opponent has to wait more than 2 days for you to make a move, then they will automatically win.
- Please only post on this thread if you’re in a game and it’s your turn, no other chat please!
The Fourth Tournament is here
The fourth tournament will be to find out who is the Mastermind Champion!
Mastermind is a slightly more complicated game where you have to figure out what the opponents four colours are. The rules are explained here, but in simple terms, one player must break the others code. One player creates a colour code and the other has to guess what it is, then they switch over.
So, if you want to participate, just like this post (please don’t reply) and I’ll PM you and your opponent, and then I’ll tag you about who is starting. Then that person can post.

The First Tournament
The first tournament will be to find out who is the Connect Four Champion!
Connect Four is explained here, but in simple terms, all you have to do is to have four of your coloured pieces in a row, much the same as Noughts and Crosses. This can be done horizontally, vertically or diagonally. You play one turn at a time, and must start from the bottom.
So, if you want to participate, just like this post (please don’t reply) and I’ll tag you and your opponent, as well as who is starting. Then that person can post. Each participant can choose whichever pieces/tokens they would like to play with (circles, heart, cats, superheroes, etc) using the emojis.
How your posts should look:

Blur any chat you have with them. (wink)
So, depending on you move, replace the “” with the emoji of your choosing. Then with each reply, copy the new board your opponent made, so you know the way your board looks.
I will be watching, so when a winner is found, they will process to the next round. They will then be tagged when that round starts.
