Transition shade up/down not working

Hey guys! So the problem is that when I use the command :
@transition shade up
OR
@transition shade down

It just fades in/out twice both on computer and my mobile.
What should I do?

I learned transitions from there only :joy:
But it is still not working :pensive:
I have tried it with color, time and everything

Just use one transition shade;
When I use it, it at the beginning of the scene.

Example:
GLORIA (talk_neutral)
I do not know.

[BACKGROUND]
@transition shade up/down

So you might want to use a different transition.
