Hi, I’m having trouble with a scene. I’m transitioning into a scene (however I want the scene to open up in zone 2 not zone 1) and then ater a few seconds pan to zone 1. However, when the scene opens in my script, it’ll still open in zone 1 without any of my characters but with the overlays, then continue the transition into zone 2 and proceed as normal with all my characters. I have the “&” symbol before everything before the @transition, but I’m still doing something wrong.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

This is what I have now. Same result, however at least when it opens up in zone 1 there’s nothing there but the heavy ran. However I still want it to open at zone 2 with everything already in place!

Okay, so can you give me a description of what should happen as the scene develops. (Ex: the scene open up to so so overlay and then CHAR starts talk_neutral, etc)
the scene opens up in zone 2 with two characters talking (cameraman and news reporter) and the camera overlay should be there too. after a second or so it should pan to zone 1 while all the other characters are doing their actions, and the narrator is speaking. basically i want a normal transition, but instead of it fading in black in 3 to zone 1, i want it to open in zone 2.
right now with my updated code, it will open in zone 1 with no overlays or characters there, just the heavy rain effect, and then the transition will happen from zone 2 and the pan to zone 1.
