Ngl I think most people ignore the descriptions before CC, but if you want to add that - go ahead. Personally though, I think it’s an absolute MUST so that the readers know who they’re customizing. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve wished an author added little notes of who I’m customizing since I’ve customized a non-LI with LI deets and vice versa because I did not know who I was CCing. I don’t really care for CCing family members unless their lip color or something no longer matches their complexion based on the CCed MC so if you want to add the option to CC family — I’d recommend limited CC where readers can just correct them with colors and your family members for MC will still look somewhat like you envisioned. I’d also suggest CC for the LI if you only have one LI, since more often than not readers with have their own favorite appearance for a LI. If you have more than one, I think it’d be pretty safe to cut out CC for the 2+ LIs since it’s likely they’ll have 2+ LIs of varying appearances and personalities anyway that they can choose from. Of course, if people ask to CC them — it’s up to you. (:
