Hey Guys! I’m having extreme trouble getting my two characters to fade out of a scene. For the life of me I can’t figure out what is wrong with the dona code. I will paste the dona code underneath, I hope one of y’all can help me figure it out! 
P.S. the guys I want to fade out are Joe and Lawrence
Sadly you cannot fade characters but the background you uploaded as a overlay can be faded so it looks like the character is fading.

I looked at this page earlier for reference, and can’t seem to get it right lol! Can you see anything wrong with the code?
So, you might need to change the opacity. If you are trying to get a ghost like effect try changing the opacity to 0.5 instead of 1.
0 makes it disappear.
1 makes it just pop up.
Yeah that’s what I thought, I am trying to get those two characters to disappear so I can only see Catherine

Ok I hope this helps. Here are some pics how I did it.
Make sure your characters are behind the background overlay and the character you want to be seen in front of the background overlay.
