Trouble on iPad writers portal - any advice? SOLVED

Hey guys! I currently don’t have my MacBook, so I’ve logged into the portal on my iPad, however I can’t seem to do anything, I either see just the menus with a blank screen or this:

I can’t create a new story, I can’t continue my story, basically none of the buttons work,

If I press on art catalog it shows this:

Even the forums won’t work?
Is it normal for this to happen ???

you could try opening them in a different browser?

@willowkayyy Thank you! Do you mean instead of using Safari for example, use something like chrome instead? : D

Thank you for your help however i have realised my iPad is well and truly out of date -I have an iPad mini 1st gen ( sorry :grimacing:)
