Hi,
So my main characters are at a party right now. The camera pans to Zone 2 and you can see 4 different Background Characters. I want all of them to do some sort of Animation, but obviously without talking.
But in the script I always get the “you can’t have one character immediately following another”.
I read that you have to put both actions into one line, but I didn’t quite understand how.
Could anyone help me with this please?
Do:
@BACKGROUND PERSON 3 is blush_shy
NOT:
@BACKGROUND PERSON 3 is (blush_shy)
OMG no way! It worked!!! This has happened to me a million times and I was never able to figure out why. Thank you so much!
Do you know why this might not work on characters that stand further back? It worked for the 2 in the front but the other 2 in the back remain still.
if you have dialogue use:
CHARACTER NAME HERE (animation)
Dialogue.
if they do the action without dialogue do:
@CHARACTER NAME HERE is/starts animation
