so basically this is my script and for some reason the characters never show up when it fades in… what am i doing wrong?

@zoom reset

@transition fade out 2

@NAME spot 2.060 100 -373 in zone 3 AND NAME faces left
@NAME moves to layer 7

@NAME starts text_phone_neutral_loop

@JAMES starts text_phone_neutral_loop

@JAMES spot 1.798 273 -206 in zone 1 AND JAMES faces right
@JAMES moves to layer 5

@transition fade in 2

I believe the problem might be that your script should be organized in that order instead ^^

also i have a question about the overlay, if i wanted to move it to the back where would i put that in the script?

No problem! For the overlay, you could write the layering right under where you typed the background name.

so would i say @overlay send to the back? or what would i write
