Hi so I had an identity crisis with my episode profile on Friday last week and decided to change my character details & name (from Emma Noelle to Noelle). Monday I try to log into the app and I got logged out of my account which I know is a glitch and happens sometimes. So I tried to log back in with my email associated with the account and instead of logging into my orginal account the app created a new one (I named it Emma). HERE IS THE WEIRD PART. My gem #, passes#, outfits & bgs are all the same from my acc before. It’s like everything copied into the new one. However I’m frustrated as I have a story published on Emma Noelle—> now Noelle (the acc i can’t access). Yet I have no problems logging into my writer portal for this account. I think the app updated and I’m not sure if that maybe prompted me to get kicked out but I really need to log back in to access my story from the app. Does anyone know how to help? I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple time:( ps ignore noelle acc saying @noelle.writes I had changed my instagram user when i had identity crisis then changed it back to emnoelle.episode:sob:
