Unable to update script

I’m not exactly sure what’s going on but whenever i go to save my script this pops up. Even when i remove the customization and everything it still pops up. i don’t know what to do :confused: and it’s so sad that this is happening now because i just got out of my writers block :sob:

Also my wifi works perfectly fine so it has nothing to do with my wifi :frowning:

This has happened to me before as well. When I save this pops up about twice and then I wait a second and then try again and it usually saves. I’m not sure why this happens though. If you try to exit/reload it’ll tell you that your script isn’t saved. I’m sure you don’t want to do that all over so try that method. If it still doesn’t work I believe the only thing you can do is copy your script exit out reload and paste it. I really hope it does work though, that’s a LOT of work.

i’ve tried waiting then trying again but it still pops up. i think i’m going to try restarting my whole laptop AGAIN :sob:

Oh gosh, I’m sorry this is happening :face_with_spiral_eyes:. That method works for me all the time because it happens more than I wish. It does sound like you’ll have to restart it all. Or you can do the second method unless you want to start it all over.

i’ve copied my script onto word so i’m going to restart then copy and paste it back onto episode hopefully this works :smiling_face_with_tear:

Have they responded to you yet?

I’ve had the same pop up appear once or twice but not all the time when trying to save. I make sure to save a “copy” of my script though on Google docs just in case the script doesn’t save somehow on the portal.

Hey I might be a bit late but it helps if u copy ur script and delete it from the portal , hit save . Then put it back

Yea that’s ur best bet and to send a ticket about this . It’s a stupid glitch episode hasn’t fixed

I’ve had this happen to me before but usually if you wait a second and reload the website, it ends up working

yeah they said that i should send them all my details and they’ll look into it :confused:

yeah maybe but i’ll just leave it to them to sort out. atleast i can now work on episode two of my story :laughing:

i’ve waited an hour and it says the same thing. i think it genuinely has to do with my script and how much is on it lmao.

Yeah that’s true. I hope episode does something about this issue because a lot of people seem to have that problem. I honestly thought I was the only one lmao

I mean I’ve gotten it when I had 20 line on my script as well as seen it with 12,000 line as well as inbetween and above it if that makes sense .It’s just some other glitch episode needs to fix and hopefully does it soon .
