Unknown Story in 'Create' Section

I went on my phone to preview my story and I noticed that there is an Action story. I have NEVER made this story and it looks really suspicious to me. I don’t know what to do. Please help!

EDIT: OKAY, i’m not the only one who had this “issue.” i really hope it’s just a glitch and it will be fixed soon.
