I tried to buy unlimited passes for 30 days today, but I keep on getting an error. I have enough money on my Apple ID and I don’t know why it won’t work. Does someone have the same problem or does anyone know how I can like fix this?

Try opening your Apple account and confirm what’s needed. This worked for me.
