Do not fret, I didn’t do the thing yet. But I am thinking about this thing.
The Thing
SO… I have this big idea in my head for a story, as all my other ones are too predictable, and I can’t see them getting big on the episode app.
But there are 4 problems about this story that I am planning in my head.

I have ideas but don’t know how to portray them.

I can’t code as advanced as I would like too, and for this idea I need to be pretty advanced.

If I’m going to make this story, I won’t be content without deleting all my others, even though I’ve worked really hard on them.

I can’t be bothered to make my own cover because they always turn out rubbish.
SO THE ACTUAL THING IS I WANNA MAKE A REALLY GOOD AMAZING MIND-BLOWING STORY ABOUT A MURDERER, AND I WANT TO DELETE ALL MY OTHER STORIES IN ORDER TO DO SO.
So I am going to open up 2 polls and on the second one if the answer is YES then PM me for further information because I am hiring!
Should I delete all my stories for this one?

Ok so yeah. That’s that. I think I’m kinda over thinking all this but I want to make a really good story that ACTUALLY draws people’s attention. The 3 stories that I’m making right now are just NORMAL stories with BORING rich teens. My stories are so predictable, and not at 1 point would they leave a reader on edge. But the plan I have in my head for this murder story is ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BLOW EVERYONE AWAY AND ABSOLUTELY GOING TO LEAVE THE READERS ON EDGE.
BUT
It’ll only do that if you 1) Take the polls above AND 2) Be my co-author
AND FOR MYSELF
I have to be determined and also take a few advanced directing tutorials so I can learn to be an episode author QUEEN.
I know this was probably the longest rant in the history of rants but PLEASE. I need your guidance guys. Thanks!!

Hii! Okay so, imo don’t delete ur previous stories PERMANENTLY, maybe u can keep them for later or something. Personally I can’t be your co-author since I’m currently working on my own story, and it takes a lot of time, but I hope you find one ! And for the directing, check Dara Amarie, you can find a lot of guides and templates that can help on her website : https://www.dara-amarie.com/ ! And you can always seek for help here in the forums!! I’m also learning and I’m new to the coding and directing, but with a lot of effort and patience, you can do it !!! So I don’t think you should permanently delete your stories. Even if they’re more stereotypical, those kinds of stories do well on the app. If you truly don’t want to continue them anymore, then maybe they’re worth deleting, but I personally wouldn’t delete just to start a new story. 
Theres no rules when it comes to how many, or what types of stories you have on your profile. All three of mine are completely different and in separate genres!
If you’re looking for a co writer/author, I’d recommend making a thread and being clear with what you’re looking for. Ask interested people pm you, or you pm them, and discuss your goals and see if they would be a good fit.
As for directing, I began using Joseph evans tutorials on YouTube. Mary D Sava also has some really good tutorials and some of them include animating overlays. I hear a lot of good things about Dara’s templates, but I’ve only ever used a hair/lip Ink CC template once because I’ve gotten skilled enough to do my own advanced directing/customization. A lot of it will be trial and error because that’s how you learn and grow. So when looking for a co author/writer, it wouldn’t hurt to also ask about their directing abilities as well, and be vocal with what you’re looking for.

I don’t think you should delete all your stories. But Currently there is no way to permanently delete a story once it has been written on in the portal. The only way to delete stories currently is to hide them from your list and app.

Hello! Firstly i would say of course do not delete your other stories, you worked hard on them and that shouldn’t be wasted!
I don’t really know how to answer that question other than: research! Research can be really helpful to write a story, now I don’t know what are the ideas you want to portray, but there are plenty of solutions on the internet, try searching how to create a good crime story for example!
Tutorials! If you put your head into something, you’ll achieve it! Check Dara Amarie’s guides on her website, Joseph Evans’ tutorials on youtube, and even the forums! All of those combined with lots of practice will pay off!
I wouldn’t suggest you to delete them, let’s say you deleted them, and you have high expectations for the current story you’re working on, then when you publish it, you expected more than what you get (I really hope that won’t happen of course! 
But i always set the negative thoughts before the positive so that i don’t get disappointed.)
If that happens, you would regret deleting your other stories! So don’t risk it!!
