I tried to upload a new background for my story that is clearly two zones but it won’t let me click on two zones. I even tried to edit the background a little bit and redownload it thinking it was a problem with the file, but it still won’t let me upload it as two zones. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just make sure it’s the right size for two zones, and if that doesn’t work then it must be a bug. 
Can you screenshot the size of the bg when you’re in the art catalog?
if it is for just a tini bit smaller than 2 zones it will not let you - so check if it is wide enough
Thanks everyone for the tips! I realized that it was just a little bit smaller than 2 zones so I just enlarged the image a little.
I’m having problems with a background, I’ve reached out to support, but didn’t resolve my problem. I’ve uploaded a new background, it works, but in my story when I uploaded it, it does not show up, just a black background. Can someone tell me what’s going on because I don’t understand?
Hi! Check a few things for me and if they don’t solve the problem we can go from there.
- Try resetting the zoom - a zoom may have carried over from the previous scene
- Under the background, add cut to zone 1, to ensure you are in the right zone.
- Add an overlay to the scene and hit save. With the previewer, hit Overlays under spot helper - Do you see it listed below? If you don’t, then it is a problem with your coding. Let me know and we can diagnose it further.
That’s all I can think of to figure out what the problem isn’t. If none of these fix it, if you’d like to send a screenshot, I can take a look at the code
