Personally I’m not really bothered about sound when I’m playing stories on episode but I just want to ask if I should include it or not?..

What I’ve seen some amazing authors do is have an option to put any important sounds in readerMessages for anyone with hearing troubles. For most stories, sound only has a tiny effect, but for some horror or thriller, sound can add an extra dimension, and for people like me, the readerMessages were a nice touch. Like 99% of the time, though, I can infer what’s going on in a story with sound that I read muted, though, so it’s not a huge deal to me either way.
I’m not hard of hearing, I just have sound-triggered migraines. If I have 10 minutes of sound-tolerance left in the day before my skull starts trying to kill me, I’m gonna spend it listening to my favourite songs, not Episode’s dinky 3-bar tunes.
