I started writing a new story, and here in my cover.
But there are less of readers, so I think maybe it’s because my cover just doesn’t much attractive

You’re not allowed to use it then, sorry. The only way you can use it is if you find the owner and ask permission.

Episode doesn’t track it down, if it has no water mark, they approve it. If they actually tracked down every detail, it would take months for covers to get approved.

You will have to change your cover and make another one or have someone else make it.
With only copyright-free pictures.

Its against episodes TOS to use art that isn’t yours.
Its highly possible that the piece could have been a commission and if it is then you’ve stolen art that was paid for and belongs to somebody else. <3

Because when you uploade it you sign you have the rights to use it, it ask if you have permission and if you dont then you are lying, and Breaking the rules, and commiting art theft

Episode approves art considering that u agree that u own the art. An artist made that art n put it on Pinterest, Pinterest is not a free image website, it’s an inspiration platform. Using this as ur cover goes against copyright & is therefore illegal, I suggest u find another cover that isn’t someone else’s hard work bc this isn’t allowed. Good luck finding ur new cover.
