uhh i suggest watching tutorials on youtube to develop your skills. you could also check out instagram and many talented artists have tutorials in their igtv or even posts. if you want some artists @ w tutorials i can pm them to you. :D.

Same. youtube videos already exist, it has plenty of videos there explain. which also work best because you can see how to do it.
