Sorry if this is an obvious question, but is there a background or overlay for adult theme warning? I can’t seem to find one, but not sure if I’m typing in the right thing! I want to add one to my story instead of having the author say it.

There is only one style of warning in the catalog but you can easily make your own.
There’s some plain warning backgrounds in Episode’s art catalog. Just go to backgrounds and search warning. Or you can always make customized from some artists.

Yeah. Episode’s warning backgrounds are kind of basic. So I think it’s better to have customized, something similar to the story theme, which readers will like.
Just search up warning but as I said making your own would look much nicer.
