Since yesterday I have a problem in the portal while writing my story, I don’t know if it is just me or someone else is having this problem too.
The problem is that the weather effects aren’t working.
I placed rain in the shower and when they are on the beach, but it doesn’t show up. I checked many times if I wrote the commands right, but they are all good.

It does work on my phone, I guess there’s just a small error in my portal.
So, there is nothing wrong with my script, but thanks for your help 
The same thing just happened to me when I added the “with effect RAIN” to 2 backgrounds as you said. I’m guessing it’s just a glitch in the portal
