Does anyone know how to put weather effects in one spot? Like if I wanted my characters to have water or rain effect in the shower. But just in the shower. Nowhere else. If you do please tell me.
You would need an overlay for that. You can search on Pixabay for rain overlays.
Then you would do something like:
@overlay RAIN create
@overlay RAIN opacity 1 in 0
