I have good internet signal, I’ve tried refreshing page and I have tried exiting out of everything and going back in and it’s not working.
We’re do I go to do that for the web? I know we’re to go for the app. @Sydney_H but not the web.
@Bethany1 If it’s an issue with the Writer’s Portal, it’s perfectly fine to submit a ticket about it. You still include all the info that’s marked with the red *, like you do when you submit a ticket for the app.
