Web Previewer Not Working

Hi,

I’m trying to preview my story on the web previewer (my phone stopped working) but it doesn’t load. I tried it on my mom’s laptop, but it didn’t load. So then I tried it on my own computer, but it still says “Downloading data…” and the preview never shows up. Should I try it on a different computer?

I’m using Safari, if that helps.

Same glitch. It’s just grey right?

But i’m doing mine on Google Chrome so I’m not sure it has to do with that.

Definitely try Google Chrome, as has been suggested already. The web previewer tends to glitch so I always recommend using the app, but since your phones not working, I would submit a ticket to admin.
