Hello, I was wandering if someone, who makes overlays, could tell me what free websites to use to make them or how to add fins to my character. The problem is I don’t want to keep asking artist to do it for me. Also I don’t have a partner that can do that kind of stuff. I want to know how to get my characters & add stuff on them. I am writing a story that has sirens in them & other creatures, but I want them to have fins & shell bras for the females & fins for the men. The artist who add fins & a shell bra to my main character asked for what I wanted her pose to be & etc.
