What app should I use?

I want to make my characters in my own position but don’t know what kind of app the others use to get their characters how they want them? Like they use different limbs to position the character in a overlay or something. So does anyone know what app to use for this? :sweat_smile: (For example: wrapping their arms around another character??)

I use ibis paint x to make mine. In the past I used Medibang.

I use sketchbook edu but in the past I used a computer program called gimp

i use photoshop, (well try using, still a noob at it XP )
But try ibis paint x or gimp
