What I mean is, what are some in-story features that arent common in stories, but you would like to see them??

For beauty marks, scars, and freckles to be a facial feature instead of a clothing option.
One of the problems I have with this is that my canon MC has a beauty mark. However, since I’ve included the option to customize her, readers who don’t want the beauty mark can’t remove it since it’s a clothing option. And what if they want her to have freckles or a scar?

Yea, i think that’s gonna require a hell lot of complicated gain system and outfits
