U can make them meet at a:

  • Family Gathering
  • Restaruant
  • School
  • Sports Game
  • Movies
  • Fair
  • Carnival
  • New Years Eve - when countdown is going to hit
  • Pet Care
  • Arcade
  • Zoo
  • Market Store

etc.

if it’s fantasy story, it’s going to be different locations.
