What are the special customization features in Episode- owned stories?

Hello everyone! I am new here and I would really appreciate if you answered my question…

So, I have observed that Episode-owned stories or some stories which Episode purchases of Community authors and then their story is featured? They always have special customization features in Hair, and etc. So, is it for only those people or does Episode provide them specially for them?

Episode provides author that are signed by Episode to have access to special features (hair, clothing, etc).
