They’re all over Instagram. What are these avatars called, and where can I make some? I tried looking them up but I can’t find anything. Thanks!

Those avatars are created from an app called ZEPETO, and you can download it from the App Store. It’s become popular recently, and there’s a few threads for them on the forums, like this one.
