So I am writing my story and I have added some sound effects here and there but I am struggling with adding music that is appropriate or works with my story. Could you take the poll and lemme know your thoughts below?

Honestly, i almost don’t ever have sound or music on when i’m reading, i prefer my own tunes, sorry to any author who works hard when it comes to selecting sounds & music 
Same with me, I am always watching it somewhere that I cant have volume up like on the train or at night
I like them but I often forget to put on sound or I often read on the bus so cant have sound in.
I can’t read in the bus, no data, so i just play mobile games 
But that’s good, don’t want to disturb anyone, you could always wear ear plugs if that’s possible (not a big fan of those though) 
Haha yeah, personally I dont like sound in stories but I also know loads of ppl do
I, personally enjoy stories with music and sound effects because they add feelings to the scenes (only if the music is appropriate to the scene)

I prefer no in-game music because I personally find it annoying. I like to listen to my own music when I read (my soundtrack for the story). Otherwise if there is music in the story, I just play the game in silence.
To be honest, I never turn my volume up if there are sounds and music in a story.
I ONLY turn it up if it is some good horror story 
I prefer listening to my own music.
BUT, I use sounds and music in my own story, but just not that much and only because it was requested once.
Soooo in conclusion, sounds and music are not necessary needed for me
