Ok it was Halloween and my family was in the mall at a pretzel shop…
So I was talking to my mom and knocked over my cup of lemonade
My mom started yelling at me while everyone started at me
Because everyone was in a line to get candy
There was about 30 people who saw
And about 300 people at the mall lool
so more people must have seen walking by
And the lady felt do bad she gave me another lemonade :joy::joy::joy::joy:

In my English class, I was presenting with a group. Every person has a chance to talk. It was my turn, and mid sentence, my mind went blank. So I stood there for a good 30 seconds trying to remember but couldn’t. And then, I kept stuttering on my words, and then I felt so embarrassed I covered my face which made it more embarrassing. Then my teacher asked the group of they could remove in person, who would it be (ME). It was apparently a joke and everyone laughed at me. So then I just stood there with my hands to my checks trying not to look at the class

Thank you!! :heart::heart:

Happens to me ALL the time. Here’s a tip I use that helps a lot. I can tell when my stomach is about to make a sound when I’m aware that I’m hungry, so if you clench your stomach/abs (aka flex it in a curling position) as hard as you can, it’ll reduce the sound by a lot

One embarrassing thing that always happens to me is whenever I’m not done changing in the bathroom/using the toilet and some guy walks in :cold_sweat: :sob:

Not my most embarrassing but it made me want to cry in a hole so ya
This was when I was younger, I think I was like 12?
My sister (16) had her friend over (who I’d never met before) at our house.
I was getting lunch while her friend was getting water. She got her water and set it down and was looking for a snack.

So then I saw a cup that I remember I used from the day before by the sink. I saw it still had (room temperature) water in it so I poured it out and put it in the sink. I continued making my lunch while my sister’s friend went into the living room where my sister was and I faintly heard her say ā€œshe poured out my water-ā€œ

So then my sister was like ā€œNAME WHY DID YOU DO THAT??ā€
So the cup that I thought was a day old was actually a DIFFERENT cup and for some reason my sister’s friend got tap water (instead of COLD water from the FRIGDE)

I mean they were laughing and I just was screeching internally. So ya I got her a new cup and went in my room and didn’t come out again :woman_facepalming:

This happened a couple of months ago, I was walking into the school and I dropped my phone, the battery and the case fell out so I grabbed all 3 pieces and continued on like nothing happened. This happened twice, the second time I yelled, ā€œGod f_cking Da_mitā€. The gang of blondes behind me started snickering and by the stuff they were saying, I wasn’t meant to hear it but I did
They didn’t notice but I stuck my middle finger behind my back at them because I only dropped it because on them rushed passed me and knocked it out of my hand. :woman_facepalming:

The eyes those people gave me still scar me to this day.

(Kinda long, sorry!)
Last year in science, I had the pleasure of sharing a class with a very particular boy in my grade. :upside_down_face:

Context:
At my school, the grade is split up in groups in a system, team A, B, and C, the teams all go to lunch at different times and have different teachers, to relieve the teachers’ burden and organize the students better. Every year, a few students randomly switch to another team, and guess who moved to the team where they knew pretty much no one! (Me- but it’s okay, I survived and I’m not lonely even now on the same team this year!)

Story:
So I had no idea this kid existed until then, and boy, he’s a special one. In conclusion, he’s: immature, loud, obnoxious, popular, and all around the exact boy I hate dislike. And whoopee- me, there were assigned seats and I had no friends in that class. Guess who got seated at the same table with him and 2 others! The three of them got along really well and became good friends, always chatting together, and then there’s me always awkwardly sitting there wishing that I could poof outta there right there right now. This story isn’t a huge deal, but it solidified my hate to him. Our teacher was calling out names, when she called mine:

ā€œChristi __!ā€ (I’m not revealing my name lol-)

He said: ā€œWho’s that?ā€

I sit diagonally across from him. So the class starts laughing, (Because he’s oh so funny-) and I start meekly laughing because I’m a super quiet person, and heck, I didn’t know how to react. He looking directly at me smiling as the class continues laughing for a bit, and we make eye contact. He says: just kidding. And that kids, is how I internally shut down. (I really, really hate being the center of attention, it leaves a panicked feeling in my stomach, and I always replay the moment over and over again in my head afterwards.) I’m over it now, but my distain remains, even if we don’t have any classes together this year!

This has happened to me so many times. A few months ago in my science class I was seated next to this popular, loud, outgoing boy. He obviously thought I wasn’t worth talking to and instead always spoke to the people beside him. There was this one time our teacher told us to work in pairs with the person beside us. We sat there awkwardly and didn’t talk to each other and out teacher noticed and walked over. The teacher started telling the whole class that we’d not said a word to each other and the boys response was something like ā€œI barely know herā€ or something stupid like that. Everyone was staring and my face was so red I couldn’t wait for the moment to end. I just sat there awkwardly not saying nothing with a small, fake smile on my face dying inside.

I’m quiet too so people never knew my name… dang that sucks though

@anon73049647 I relate to that I hate when teachers make you talk to the person you were assigned to sit by…

Hey! OMG I have had so many embarrassing moments :joy: :face_with_hand_over_mouth: but i have learned from my mistakes! So at my school we went on a field trip to an ice cream store close to our school because we had to draw the route and all the land marks on the way (we had to make a map) Before we went my teacher told us the rules cause we were walking to he store cause it was really close and he said that someone is gonna drop their ice cream. So we went into the ice cream store and our whole grade was in there so it was so busy and that store was giving us our ice creams and as i took mine the cone was like super soft any way i went back to my friends and begun to eat my ice cream and then it fell on me and all over my uniform because the cone was too soft and i was sooooooo embarrassed but i cleaned up and it wasn’t only me that happened to but also one of my friends so yeah I’m over it now only a few people saw and to be honest i laughed with them cause it was really funny! When we got back i changed into my netball uniform because we had a match after school! :joy: :joy: :joy:

One of my worst embarassing moments was when I was going to business school and I had a full on panic attack and I had to just get up from my desk and leave…Fortunately. my teacher let me come back later in the day to finish my work on the computer…8-(((
