ibis paint -android/apple
pro create - apple only
medi bang - android (maybe apple, not sure)
sketch book - android (maybe apple, not sure)

I am a decent art program, it’s true

I use Krita, it’s free and has almost as many utilities and tools like Photoshop CC, but I do also have. Photoshop CC. I pay £9.98 a month for that one and I use it less :’)
