I was just scrolling through the animations page looking for animations then I saw this
Have you ever jumped away from your laptop? 
I nearly broke mine.
And why am I seeing this in the middle of the night ?
I tried reloading the page over and over but this particular animation just remains the same. I don’t even want to see it on preview.
Can someone tell me if this is normal??
It’s supposed to be a arm overlay for the animation that is like that but has the mouth

it’s “normal”, you just use it with another character and rear animation, they’ll be dancing and it won’t show the “glitch”.
Ughhh nooo. That’s seriously creeping me out rn
