There is no such thing named “story card” requiered here you have the rules for the clue contest:
It is ony mentioned in point 12 because of time needed to aprove uploaded files as backgrounds or story cover but it is not required.I asume thay in this case mean the cover and not tghe splashes because splashes are backghrouns as any other.
