I don’t know about funniest, but… There are some snapshots, I suppose.
New years 2014 I believe it was, I was at a party with some friends. I’ve never been particularly comfortable with them, still aren’t, so I mostly kept myself out to the side. Talking and that sort, enjoying some cider, and generally trying to have the best time I could.
Well, I had to go to the toilet, so I excused myself before moving towards the stairs. As I’m about to descend, I hear someone calling out my name, and I, in my inebriated state, ended up tripping. I fell down the stairs! Now the thing is, I was still carrying two cans of cider in my hands (ain’t gonna leave my drinks free), and throughout my tumble down…
I didn’t spill anything. I remember huffing surprised at the bottom, holding the cans safe and secure still, without even the slightest of loss. And I was otherwise completely fine as well; a little sore I suppose, but nothing terrible.
One of my more artistic, LOTR superfan, friends decided to call me the Guardian of Minas’Ciderith afterwards.
Prpbably more fun to be there than to hear about it, but we spent the evening laughing it out.
Only negative is that I was suddenly in the center of attention from everyone. That sucked.
