What choices should i add that will impact on the story?

You could add simple choices that make the reader feel involved, but it doesn’t really impact the story. Such as:
-Clothing,
-What a character want’s to eat,
Or more complex and important choices, such as:
-Interacting with other characters,
-Choosing Love interests,
Some people like lots of choices, while others don’t mind not having them. Some choices, like customisation can sometimes be very important to a reader though. Having choices makes the reader feel like they are the character rather than them just watching someones elses life.

so like a point system?

You could use a point system and then it would branch into multiple endings with different love intrests. Or let the reader choose their love interest at the end of the story.
