What kind of romance stories do you want to read?

Pls help an author out i’m kinda stumped.

I’m trying to write a story, but I don’t really know what people want to read. I’m writing a romance story, but it’s kinda hard writing romance because lots of times the romance happens too quickly or the idea is unoriginal and overused.
I want to write something that has slow burns, meaning to it and is different than other stories in a good and refreshing way.
What would you like to see?

You can do adult theme or fantasy theme or high school but like add a twist or you can do romance comedy theme.
Maybe it can about girl trying to find love on online dating or maybe reconnect from her high school sweetheart? Or :sweat_smile: maybe it can about a girl has a interest in horse and falls in love with a horse it turns into a man idk or girl

Here’s something i don’t if you know the story called the to all the boys I’ve loved before it’s about a girl who send love letters you could write a story about that expect make it completely different from the book and movie.
And the mc can write love letters to the people she have loved before but never send out the letters :email: …

Slow burns, character development, LIs and MCs that are not toxic, and full CC (or limited CC for limb overlays. I don’t mind if the art scenes are different from my characters.)

I need help with romance too, I don’t even know how to write romance, I’m just a fantasy head

But I want to try writing romance, Is it okay if police officers is chasing the love interest and just randomly kiss the MC to hide from the cops fine?

but the MC slaps him for it lol
