I’d like to see a shelf for stories under 1k reads. I know they do 20k/30k reads but a lot of newer stories just don’t get much exposure on the app. Yes, there are some dumpster fire stories
 but there are also some really great stories, too.

I feel like this wouldn’t really be easy to make as a shelf. Because they ask for recommendations and then the shelf goes up like a month or so later, by then the stories recommended may surpass 1k reads and would no longer be eligible :confused:

That’s true. I think I meant more like they have the “stories we love” tab. They should make a “Recently Published” tab of it’s own instead of the little 4 place thing squeezed into it.

It’s often difficult to create certain kinds of shelves, because often there aren’t enough stories of quality to fill them, or and we want to avoid just featuring the same authors again and again. That’s when you see a repeat of the same kind of shelf, because there are good stories to fill it.

My best advice to see these kinds of shelves are to write stories that would fit them, and encourage others to as well :v:

I’ve been thinking there’s probably enough Royal stories to have a royalty themed shelf. And that theme sounds like something Episode would do.

Topic’s I would wish for:

  • Romances that are so beautiful they make you burst into tears
  • Music is the key
  • Who wins your heart? -> stories with multiple love interests
  • Travel is my Destiny -> Episode story’s which are taking part in beautiful destinations all over the world
  • Dreamjob Doctor -> Stories with the MC living the Grey’s Anatomy Life :joy:
    -Murder Mystery Cases
  • Cooking for Love -Stories about Cooking/ MC as a Cook

 I hate how much I love a good “MC wants the crown” story since I hate monarchist ideology in real life. :joy::sob:

Stories with complex looks at royal systems are the ideal though.

An Adulting shelf would be awesome. Stories focus on older main characters and mature storylines.
