Hi!
As a writer/artist, I am interested in your opinion. I believe, majority pays attention to the cover and description, then plot and directing, backgrounds and overlays and additional features.
What are key things in your opinion? What makes you angry/sad/frustrated/happy in a strong? What is of prime importance for you? What do you hate? What is boring and typical for you?
For starters the plot has to be good and unique. Nobody wants to keep reading the same bad boy pregnancy mafia story. You have to have originality in there somewhere. That’s the most important thing.
Secondly the directing, being able to code a scene and actually bring it to life is amazing. Basic coding is okay but it’s not the best.
What makes me happy in the story is when something interesting is going on whether it the Mc and the LI finally kiss or the school catches on fire basically anything that’ll make me want to keep reading. What makes me angry is when something like the best friend did something wrong to the Mc. That’ll also make me want to continue.
Thank you for your opinion
Also, I agree that bad boy mafia is getting too much.
To me the most important thing is the characters. I feel like at this point I’ve read so many stories that I don’t really mind a “cliche” plot as long as it’s appropriate for the app, and I’d always choose well-written dialogue over spectacular directing and nice artwork. But if the story has a unique concept, that’s even better, and yes, great directing is always a plus.
I rather have basic codeing with no mistakes than someone who tried to do advance and its full of mistakes
The high school/ nerd girl mc/ bad boy LI/ Blonde haired blue eyed mean girl/ bad boy secretly in a gang cliche really annoys me.
Some are written amazingly but it’s just overused tbf x
True, but like i said being able to actually see the scene come to life is more preferred by me (if it’s possible the person is able to do it)
3 dimensional characters with flaws, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and realistic backgrounds and personalities
I like character driven stories and the plot can be as great as possible but if I don’t like the characters I’l stop reading. Give me character and relationship development , let your characters make mistakes and learn from them.
