So I’m not very good with editing and computers (ironic right, since I’m trying to write an episode story), but I’m kind of proud of this. Is there anything I should change to make it better?

I think its fine
Is kinda bothers me that the hand is holding the knife is not a left hand but a right hand on a LEFT arm

I’d change the hand of the girl holding the knife, since it should be the other one 
and also if you can make the small cover less blurry? if that was not your intent of course
other than that it looks great

also it could be the overall size of the overlays on the cover
