So I was on epsiode reading a story, and then the main character (the one Ill be playing) Looks exactly like my character in the book that Im writing… should I change the way My char looks? But then again i have coded 4 chapters already talking about how she looks AND the chapters are 1500+ lines…

If you want to change your character then do it, but I don’t think it should be a problem if you bring up that you had no idea of this story before you created the character. 
How detailed is the description because you might be able to change her looks slightly and the dialogue will still be relevant.
The characters are pretty close in skin tone, have the same hair and skin tone, the only thing that is different is the lip sizes and her character has a scar on her face and mine does not

With how many episode stories that are released some characters have to look the same at some point, so, don’t change her because it doesn’t matter if you can customize the character to your own liking whilst reading. Anyways, don’t change her.
Maybe try changing it up a little more. There are some hairstyles that can probably be swapped out for each other like if it is curls there are a lot of curls to choose from. Also is anything else similar?
But if you want to keep your character the way they are and reach out to the author in case they come across it and accuse you. Not really your problem if you had this character for ages but there was some insta drama over similar characters but honestly you could say that about a lot of characters. They do own copyright to the characters so maybe have proof to show in the unlikely case this becomes an issue.

Yea, I dont really want to change the characters looks different becuse like I mentioned, the story im writing talks a lot about her looks especially her hair, and it will continue to mention her hair and eye color as the story goes on.
If I end up changing the eye color and ect, then I have to go back and change everytime they mention her hair and eye color, and like I mentioned, I have written 4 episodes with 1500+ lines of coding,
If it ever becomes an issue, hopefully it does not, I will handle it I guess.
I don’t think you need to change anything, after all, it was purely a coincidence. 
And there are quite a lot of characters that look the same or similar between different stories by different authors, we have limited features available to us, so it’s understandable that there’ll be characters that look alike sometimes, but when there are too many similarities between things as a whole, like plots, names and appearances, then that’s a cause for concern but I don’t think you should worry about your character looking a lot like someone else’s.
