I’d say anything that isn’t important for the storyline BUT may be of interest of others!
So different POV, a flashback, something funny, an interview with a character, anything that you’d personally spend gems on while reading!
I would strongly advise against cliffhangers or minigames, as those are the things you want to be available to everyone. Locking them behind a paywall may lead many people to drop your stories!
