I think that the girl had an addiction (to either drgs or alcohol) and was struggling to recover. So her boyfriend left her because of this and she found herself hopeless and alone, leadings her to kll herself

same. but a bit differently.
I think she had a drug addiction and everyone she knew betrayed her, but she was too addicted to care. When the story starts, it’s her slowly coming to her senses and sobering up, getting ready to take back what she lost. When she “sees the world”, I think that was her realizing there’s no way she could get back what she lost. And so she k!lls herself.
