If you have used or attempted to purchase fake gems and passes, episode does in fact permanently suspend your episode account.
This is the only reason I can think of for now but I highly doubt that you’ve done this so best of luck babe. :purple_heart:

Episode has many requests and they have to review it first, in order to respond.

Do you know how long it took for them to fix that issue??

A day or so. It can vary depending on the number of requests they receive. I usually get fast replies when I file a ticket. But as I’ve never been suspended, I don’t know the speed which they will take to respond.
