Ok, so this happened to me. I don’t know if it was my fault or anything, but apparently, the post I made on ukeleles got flagged. my post of all things, talking about fucking ukeleles, got flagged?! what in the actual hay is this Episode?!
I feel like someone has false flagged my post, or else why would my post about ukeleles or all things be flagged?!

This is odd, I don’t actually see any issues with your post… did Episode by any chance explain what was inappropriate?
I had something similar happen to me. I posted about a book club (it was my own topic) and Episode took it down because people reported it as off-topic.
Is it possibly there are spam accounts out there that are reporting random threads?
I think it’s because the guidelines say:
“Also, note that you can only make one suggestion per thread.” (I can’t quote it for some reason but it is there.)
And you titled it feature AND animation, so two things. Sydney says it was due to violating the guidelines and there isn’t anything else I can think of it being.
