This randomly appeared on the list of my stories and when I go to the portal to try and find out what happen it’s not there. I’m confused

Oh, OK. I just kind of scared. Because I’ve already been hacked twice on Instagram and a generic password but I’ve changed all my passwords. So I wanted to make sure
